This program meets the qualifications for a maximum of 22.5 hours of continuing professional development credit for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists as required by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. CSHA/PDP-#1

This conference is being offered for up to 2.25 ASHA CEUs (Various Levels).

Supervision, Ethic, Diversity Equity and Inclusion Sessions

Student volunteers can sign-up here.
Before submitting your form, please remember:
1. If you are not registered for the convention, your submission will not be accepted.
2. You must volunteer for two shifts (six hours total) in order to qualify for reimbursement of the convention registration fee.*
3. All volunteer shifts are first come first served.
4. CSHA staff will keep a volunteer waiting list. If a slot opens, and you are next in line you will be contacted.
*Students who complete their volunteer shifts (2) will receive reimbursement 60-90 days after the conference ends.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must send an email to convergence@csha.org under the subject line “Convergence 2023 Cancellation Request.” In your email, please list the names of the registered attendees and the reason for cancellation.

Below is the Convergence 2023 cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests received by Friday, February 10, 2023 will be refunded in full minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellation requests received after February 10, 2023 will not be processed.

No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received after February 10, 2023.

All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 14 days. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days AFTER Convergence to process.
