CE Admin Application Information

Do you love CSHA? Do you want a say in continuing education at the association level? CSHA is looking to fill our CE Administrator Position.  The ASHA CE Administrator (CEA) is the liaison and contact person between the ASHA Approved CE Provider organization and the Continuing Education Board (CEB) and is responsible for seeing that all CEB requirements and procedures are followed.

A $6,000 honorarium will be provided for the work associated with this role.

List of duties:

• Review CE submission requirements for ASHA. Develop proposal submission forms. Coordinate with proposal collection software (e.g., Omnipress) to ensure that proposal submission forms are within compliance.

• Collaborating with Connerly to develop promotional session program.

• Coordinate with operations and Convergence chairs to develop the space grid, higher level schedule, and identify special events.

• Coordinate with Content Review Coordinators to review all scores for submissions. Make final decisions regarding acceptance, rejections, and offering resubmissions/edits.

• Draft acceptance and rejection notifications.

• Work with VP CE to monitor final “acceptance” notifications and remove sessions that are not verified in Omnipress from the schedule. Pull sessions from the waitlist to fill openings as needed.

• Review the presentation schedule and prepare data for Omnipress integration.

• Prepare Omnipress data for CVENT integration. Coordinate with Operations on the development of CVENT application.

• Monitor pre-registration numbers and change room assignments as needed as attendees indicate sessions of high interest.

• Meeting with ASHA for CE compliance and reviews as needed.

• Submitting reports to ASHA and reporting in a timely manner.

• Collaborating with Connerly to develop promotional session program.
