The CSHA Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a year-long professional development experience designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in speech-language pathology and audiology across California! Developed in partnership with American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s Leadership Development Program, the LDP offers a blend of in-person and virtual learning, collaborative team experiences, and an individual leadership project.
Participants will strengthen their leadership skills while contributing to the profession and building meaningful, lasting connections with colleagues across the state.
