We are excited to gather, network, and learn in person at The Hilton San Francisco Union Square from March 14 – 17, 2024.

SESSION INFORMATION

This program meets the qualifications for a maximum of 27 hours of continuing professional development credit for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists as required by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.

This conference is being offered for up to 2.7 ASHA CEUs (Various Levels).

STUDENT INFORMATION

Student Volunteers

Student Volunteers are integral in making Convergence a success! If you are interested in becoming a student volunteer, complete the Student Volunteer interest form by Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. PST. Click Here

Before submitting your form, please remember:
1. If you are not registered for the convention, your submission will not be accepted.
2. You must volunteer for two shifts (six hours total) in order to qualify for reimbursement of the convention registration fee.*
3. All volunteer shifts are first come first served.
4. CSHA staff will keep a volunteer waiting list. If a slot opens, and you are next in line you will be contacted.
*Students who complete their volunteer shifts (2) will receive reimbursement 60-90 days after the conference ends.

College Bowl Sign Ups 

University teams comprised of top-notch students will compete in a College Bowl format to see which team can answer the most Praxis-related practice questions correctly. This session is designed for students preparing to take the Praxis examination, as well as professors/instructors who would like to coach students. 
Please complete this application by Tuesday, January 9, 2024, to be entered into the College Bowl. One entry per university at this time. A faculty sponsor should complete this form. Click Here

QUESTIONS

ADA Accommodations 

If you require reasonable ADA accommodations,  please complete the following Accommodation Form. To ensure there is enough time for CSHA to make necessary accommodations, please complete the form by Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Any requests that come in after this date, may not be met due to time limitations.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your registration you must send an email to connerly@csha.org. To avoid delays in processing your cancellation, please make sure your email includes the following subject line: “Convergence 2024 Cancellation Request.”
In your email please list the names of the registered attendees and the reason for cancellation.
Below is the Convergence 2024 cancellation policy.
Cancellation requests must be received by Wednesday, January 31, 2024. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received after February 1, 2024 will not be processed.
All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment: If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 14 days. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days AFTER the CSHA conference to process.
