Helen Demetrion, MS, CCC-SLP

Helen is a speech-language pathologist with 40 years of pediatric experience in both the private sector and the public schools, and is the owner of Talking Points. Helen has served in a variety of elected and appointed positions with CSHA. She also has served as a California legislative councilor to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has presented at both CSHA and ASHA conferences on a variety of topics including the use of SLPAs in the workforce, Medi-Cal in the schools, technology in therapy and early intervention. She has a Master of Science from the University of Redlands and a bachelor’s degree from the University of La Verne. She lives in San Bernardino.
