This is my 20th year as an SLPA. I have had a front-row seat in the evolution of the profession of SLPAs, and I have involved myself in some level of advocacy and support throughout those entire 20 years at both the state and national levels. I am aware of the issues and concerns that SLPAs in California and the United States are facing. If I am chosen as the SLPA Director, I am confident in my ability to be a voice that speaks for my colleagues and our profession with knowledge and passion.
