CSHA’s legislative efforts have always been important to me. The year I entered the profession, it was CSHA who defeated a major scope of practice infringement effort by a group of school administrators. We are fortunate to make a living doing something so rewarding, but our practice is only protected by our willingness to stand up and advocate for our profession, our colleagues, and most importantly, our clients. It would be my honor to serve as CSHA’s VP of Advocacy and Professional Practice.
