Robert (Bob) McKinney, M.A., CCC-SLP holds MAs in Communicative Disorders, International Relations, and Education. He is currently the Immediate Past President of the California Speech Language Hearing Association (CSHA), where he has served for nearly 20 years on the board of directors and various committees, including Diversity, Marketing, and Advocacy. He is also the Immediate Past President of the Corporate Speech Pathology Network (CORSPAN). Bob is the lead Speech-Language Pathologist at the Sweetwater Union High School District, where he heads the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Assessment Team and works predominantly with bilingual teens. At SDSU, he teaches phonetics and supervises graduate students. He is the author of “Here’s How to Do Accent Modification” and has several published courses related to that subfield. Bob speaks six languages and has worked with clients from over eighty countries.
