Governance & Member Services Manager

Heather oversees membership support, including CSHA’s association management software and coordinating continuing education programs. She’s most likely to be the friendly voice you hear when you call CSHA. She ensures CSHA’s continuing education remains in compliance with American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) requirements. Heather has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento.
