Attendees will be able to request 1:1 appointments with Exhibitors/Sponsors/Recruiters during the conference.
To request an appointment, click on the “Looking to Network?” button on the homepage, and then click on the “Create Appointment” button found on the top left-hand corner. Select which type of appointment you would like to set up (Attendee Appointment or Exhibitor Appointment). You will then be able to request a 1:1 appointment with available exhibitors, sponsors and recruiters.
You can also request Exhibitor Appointments directly from their profile by clicking the “Schedule appointment” button above the description on their profile page.
Yes. You may pay by check before March 1, 2021 but you will be charged a $35 fee to cover administrative costs of check processing. You can avoid the $35 fee by paying by credit card. We will not process checks after March 1, 2021.
Purchase orders are typically used by large school districts or universities which need to register a larger number of people. Yes, you may pay by purchase order until Friday, Feb 19, 2021. We will not process purchase orders after Feb 19 or on site. You may pay by credit card after Friday, Feb 19.
In order to cancel your registration you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org under the subject line “Convergence 2021 Cancellation Request.’’ In your email please list the names of the registered attendees and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests received by Friday, Feb 12, 2021 will be refunded 100%.
No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received after Feb. 12, 2021.
All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 14 days. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days AFTER the CSHA conference to process.
There is a one-day registration option for SLPs, Audiologists and SPLAs, but not for students or life members.
There is no two-day registration option.
If you sign up for one-day registration. you will not have access to recorded sessions after the event. Access to recorded sessions will only be provided if you sign up for full registration.
Registrants who sign up for the full conference will have access to sessions online for three weeks after the event. Registrants who sign up for one-day registration will not have access to recorded sessions during or after the event. Recorded sessions of most conference courses will be available from 9 am on Monday, March 15 through 5 pm on Monday, April 5.
Yes, you may access your registration and change the dates or make the change when you arrive on site. It is important to have the correct day on your registration record because your registration record needs to match the dates on your CEU certificates.
We have a new system this year. When you attend a workshop online, we will record your attendance and you will receive credit. After the conference, you will receive an email with your CEU certificates.
The maximum you can earn at the convention is 24 state licensing credits. They number of credits you receive depends on the number of days and sessions you attend. *ASHA credit pending*
How many CE credits can I gain at each session? Ninety (90) minute courses are worth 1.5 state licensing credits.
