CSHA’s membership list (i.e. the record of its members’ names and addresses, including e-mail addresses) is a corporate asset of CSHA. As such, without the consent of the CSHA Board of Directors, the membership list or any part thereof may not be obtained or used by any person for any purpose not reasonably related to a member’s interests as a member of CSHA. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the membership list or any part thereof may not be:
- Used for any purpose which the user does not reasonably and in good faith believe will benefit CSHA.
- Used for any commercial purpose or purpose in competition with CSHA.
- Sold to or purchased by any person.
- Distributed, shared, or used for personal use.
Any person who uses the membership list for an improper purpose or without the requisite consent may be liable for damages, including but not limited to CSHA’s reasonable costs and attorney’s fees, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
