District One (1) shall consist of the following counties: Del Norte, Humboldt, Mendocino, Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco.

District Two (2) shall consist of the following counties: Siskiyou, Modoc, Trinity, Shasta, Lassen, Tehama, Plumas, Glenn, Butte, Sierra, Lake, Sutter, Yuba, Nevada, Placer, Yolo, Colusa, Napa, Solano, Sacramento, El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras, Alpine, Tuolomne and Mono.

District Three (3) shall consist of the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, San Joaquin and Stanislaus.

District Four (4) shall consist of the following counties: Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and San Mateo.

District Five (5) shall consist of the following counties: Monterey, San Benito, Merced, Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, San Luis Obispo and Kern.

District Six (6) shall consist of the following counties: Santa Barbara, Ventura, and the portion of Los Angeles County designated by zip codes beginning with 90.

District Seven (7) shall consist of the following county: The portions of Los Angeles County designated by zip codes beginning with 91 and 93.

District Eight (8) shall consist of the following county: Orange.

District Nine (9) shall consist of the following counties: San Diego and Imperial.

District Ten (10) shall consist of the following counties: San Bernardino, Riverside and Inyo.
